Weight Management

I’d like to reassure you that the methods that I use are both safe and easy. They have been tried and tested. No substitutes for food are used or appetite suppressers. It’s cost effective and you’ll receive lots of support whilst learning new coping strategies. You’ll loose weight naturally and at your own pace. I don’t have a magic wand! You will have to take part in the process inside my office and out. I will set you things  to do at home. I’ll teach you new life skills that you can use time and time again. No two people are the same so what I do with one person might differ completely to how we would work together. My aim would be to meet with you and during our initial consultation I can formulate a therapy plan just for you. We are what we think in just the same way that we are what we eat. Your thoughts, ideas, beliefs, cognitions whatever you want to call them control your actions. I can help you in a safe, comfortable, nonjudgemental environment make changes to your thoughts and feelings so you can achieve the healthy lifestyle you desire.
