My Journal

Hello, I’m Victoria welcome to the Change By Thought’s Journal. As you know by now I’m a Cognitive, Behavioural, Hypnotherapist & RTT practitioner etc… This is a fancy way of saying I help people change their thought patterns to achieve better outcomes using hypnosis and counselling skills.  With the right mindset you really can change habits, manage stress & anxiety so you can live the life you desire, want & deserve.

I teach coping skills and strategies to all of my clients, enabling them to take away and use in their day to day lives. Every client gets a tailor made recording.

The aim of these short posts are to let you know whats happening here, teach some new skills or remind you of some old ones. Provide a little food for thought & hopefully encourage you to start thinking differently so you take action. Beginning a journey to a new destination no matter how appealing it may be… can be daunting at times due to being outside of your “comfort zone” with lots of “change”.  What might be exciting for one person causes anxiety for another and spoils the ride. Within this journal you’ll find some simple steps that you’ll find really easy to implement. These coping skills when followed can start to ease your life’s journey.
